More hair is not more realistic. It is the loudest tell there is.
Get Custom Wigs makes lace front, full lace, human hair, heat-friendly synthetic, monofilament top and private-label wigs — fitted from three measurements and quoted by cap construction, fibre and density.

A wig is judged from across a room before anybody sees the hair. What gives it away at that distance is almost never quality — it is density.
A real hairline is sparse, uneven and does not start in a straight line. A wig front built dense and blunt reads as costume instantly, whatever it cost and whatever the fibre.
So we quote density as a number and pluck the hairline before anything ships, rather than selling more hair as though more were better.
Why we exist
Four things decide a wig: the three fit measurements, the cap construction, the fibre and the density. A normal order form asks for a size and a colour.
All four are settled before anything is made, and none of them is complicated.
Fitted by measurement, not by size name
Head circumference, front hairline to nape, and ear to ear over the top. Those three decide whether a cap sits without gripping or sliding.
“Average” is a range that the adjustable straps then take up. They cannot rescue a cap that was the wrong shape to begin with.
The cap is most of the price and nearly all of the comfort
A machine-wefted cap is durable, affordable and warm. A monofilament crown reads as scalp at the parting and lets air through where the cap meets the head. Lace at the front buys a hairline you can wear back; full lace lets the hair move in any direction.
Hand tying is the cost driver in all of it, and we say so plainly rather than implying something mysterious about the hair.
Human hair or synthetic is a heat decision
Human hair takes heat, colour and a cut, and it must be restyled after every wash because hair has no style memory.
Heat-friendly synthetic holds its style through washing, which is the entire point of it, has a stated heat ceiling above which it is destroyed rather than restyled, and cannot be lifted lighter. Neither is better. They suit different wearers.
The words this trade abuses
Remy means the cuticles still run in one direction along every strand, which is what stops hair tangling on itself. Virgin means unprocessed. Neither word means ‘good’.
We state which applies to an order, and we will not print an origin, remy or virgin claim on a label or a box where we cannot evidence it.
What we will talk you out of
A hundred and fifty percent density on a piece meant to look like everyday hair. The finest lace for a wig that gets handled daily. Full lace for a retail line that needs to survive customers trying it on. Synthetic for a wearer who wants to change colour later.
And anything clinical — these are hair goods, not medical devices or prostheses, we make no claim about scalp conditions or treatment, and we sell no adhesives, scalp products or styling chemicals. Where a wearer needs clinical advice it comes from a clinician, not from a supplier.
