Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Goods are hair goods supplied for cosmetic and theatrical use. They are not medical devices, prostheses or therapeutic products, no claim is made as to their suitability in connection with any scalp condition, hair loss condition or course of medical treatment beyond comfort and fit, and no adhesives, scalp preparations or styling chemicals are supplied. Wigs are manufactured to the cap construction, fibre, processing, density percentage, length and colour stated on the quotation, and to fit measurements supplied by the customer; where the customer supplies a size designation rather than measurements, responsibility for fit rests with the customer, and adjustable fittings accommodate limited variation only. Density is stated as a percentage and is graduated toward the front hairline as standard. Descriptions of hair as remy or as virgin are applied only where the corresponding characteristic, being cuticle alignment in a single direction or the absence of chemical processing, is documented; no representation as to geographic origin or method of collection is made in the absence of documentation, and no such claim will be printed on any label or packaging supplied. Human hair has no style memory and requires restyling after each washing; this is a characteristic of the material. Synthetic fibre described as heat-friendly may be reshaped only below the maximum temperature stated on the quotation and on the care card supplied, is irreversibly damaged above that temperature, cannot be lightened in colour and is not suitable for colour services. Lace, monofilament and hand-tied constructions are inherently more delicate than machine-wefted constructions and are supplied with handling instructions. Colour variation between production runs and between natural and artificial light is a normal characteristic of both human hair and synthetic fibre. Branding is supplied as a woven cap label and as customer packaging only; no branding is applied to the hair itself.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
